This too is RKT. For a chemical company in the Botlek (Rotterdam) we developed 3 PP sampling cases.
The elements of overflow channels on the two settling tanks at Waste Water Treatment Plant Houtrust in The Hague were attacked by concrete rotors by the test of time and by hydrogen sulphide (H2S) on the upper edges. Differences in flow occurred due to the different heights in the overflow edges. We have provided a solution in consultation with our client. The solution consists of a relining of the concrete upper edges with a custom-made GVK molding. In total we have produced 144 meters of GVK moldings. In June and July 2018 we realized the project. In connection with the reduction of the sewage water level in settling tank 1, and the processing of sewage water supply via sedimentation tank 2, this project had to be carried out in two phases. We hoped for a dry period during the execution of this job. After all, 4 mm of rain was enough to stop the work due to the large supply of sewage water. However, the summer of 2018 was one of the driest summer periods ever behind us. This allowed us to deliver the work without any stagnation and according to plan.
Deze DN 2000 Rookgas Quench kolom unit inclusief DN 500/DN 100 sproeileidingen en parabeam liner is geproduceerd in onze GRVE werkplaats.
Wij leverden en installeerden een chemisch rioolsysteem uit GRE (Glass Reïnforced Epoxy) buis DN 250 in de vloer (in wording) van een nieuwe opslagloods in Moerdijk.
Recently we replaced the vinyl ester piping systems (DN 150/125/80) for waste processor HVC Dordrecht. We took care of the prefabrication and assembly. The piping systems are made of Fiberdur CS-VE.
In our workshop we produce several tanks made of materials such as PP and HDPE. You can contact us for: carbon filters various sizes, storage tanks for liquids completely closed in various diameters made of tube, plate or winding tube. Pump sinks produced from HDPE supplied with various connections level control and pump. We also supply rectangular and square plastic containers of various sizes, whether or not reinforced.
RKT Tholen supplies and installs pressure pipes in various plastic materials such as PVC, PP, HDPE, PVDF and GVK with all associated fittings and fittings. We can also supply prefab parts for our customers in our own workshop.
RKT Tholen also supplies its services to greenhouse horticulture. In this market, plastic pipes are used for water treatment, recovery and transport. In addition to water transport, CO2 must also be supplied to speed up the growth process of the plants and natural gas for the heating of the greenhouses. Plastic is the appropriate material for purpose.
In the process industry, plastic pipes are used in various applications, often in water management systems of companies. It is also possible to opt for plastic to transport CO2. RKT Tholen supports its customers in all these facets with the necessary knowledge and experience. From there, the right product will always be delivered with the highest quality requirements that are necessary in this market.
We revised this GRP fitting. The old parts are removed and re-laminated. We did this job in our own workshop.
PUPP Lining wordt ook aangebracht op distributie-gasleidingen. Voor een netbeheerder bekleedden wij een aantal stalen lassen met onze PUPP Lining FJC ( PE ) coating. De coating is over een lengte van 300 mm aangebracht en dient als bescherming van de lassen.
During this project we took care of the renovation of a hydrochloric acid tank. Due to frequent use, it needed a refurbishment. In addition, the hydrochloric acid itself has had an effect on the tank.
On site we measured the affected tank. We developed the prefabricated lid (manufactured off PP sheet material and stainless steel bolt sets) in our own workshop. In addition, we have applied some changes so that the work can be done more efficiently. We carried the assembly out during a maintenance stop.
Installation of offshore installations on location.
We produce our self-developed Prefab thermo setters in our workshop.
Commissioned by DPO we developed the PUPP MDV. This system prevents water passage to the passage of a pipeline through a wall.
Commissioned by one of our heat network managers we provided several heat network pipings with a new coating, mechanical protection and secured it with a PUPP MDV.
RKT International B.V. developed the SWAPE Barrier for sustainable heating and cooling piping systems such as district heating. The SWAPE Barrier blocks the piping systems in case of insulation damage.
Commissioned by our client GMB we carried out HDPE prefabrication and installation proceedings for pumping station Bergboezem in Berkel (The Netherlands).
Commissioned by our Belgian client Farys we converted several steel flanges by ISO 21809 with a PU injection.
Development, supply and installation of GRE pipe and filter for freshwater inlet. Project ‘Kierbesluit’, Goeree Overflakkee (NL).
On St. Maarten, RKT International BV installed a 3 km long water supply pipeline, commissioned by MNO Vervat International, for the desalination factory in diameter DN500 SDR17 HDPE-100.
For client Visser & Smit Hanab B.V., RKT International BV applied epikot laminate coating to 1450 items 2” to 10” in diameter.
The tasks were part of the work commissioned by Visser & Smit Hanab BV on behalf of the Surinamese state oil company.
